As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The Kingdom of heaven has come near.’

I believe many of you would agree that the Kingdom of heaven is not only drawing near but is rapidly advancing even now. It’s evident that we have consistently preached the Kingdom of God since our departure from England in 1997, and we continue to do so.
We are neither boasting nor complaining; rather, we acknowledge that preaching the Kingdom of heaven has been the sole purpose we’ve lived for and desired since our salvation.

Whether it’s a cafe, a store, an airplane, a hospital, or virtually anywhere else, we are compelled to preach and pray for people, especially in these times of chaos, aiming to rescue them from the fire.

We continue leading and discipling people, both in our house group and from the church, where we are regarded as a maternal and paternal figure to many young individuals. As we speak into their lives, we witness remarkable transformations through God’s work. For instance, when we pray for someone to find their spouse, the next time we meet them, they’ve encountered their spouse. When we pray for the blessing of a child, pregnancies occur. These occurrences are frequent, and it’s truly astonishing to see God answering the heartfelt cries of those we guide. We consider it a privilege to be instruments in His hands.

A couple of weeks ago, Chris turned to a young woman in our church and prophesied that he saw her getting married soon. True to the revelation, a few weeks later, she joyfully shared with us that she had met a wonderful Christian man. Similarly, Linda prayed over a young wife at the Farmer’s market, asking for the blessing of a baby, and within days she discovered she was pregnant. Our lives are filled with invitations to weddings and baby showers, a testament to the tangible impact of prayer and prophecy in the lives of those we encounter.

We were invited to a friend’s house for dinner, where we met another couple for the first time. Jim was struggling with hearing issues, primarily tinnitus. As we laid hands on him, I felt a prompting from God to blow in his ears. Though it seemed daunting, after hearing the guidance three times, I obeyed. It was an extraordinary moment; it felt as if a cloud of dust was released, and miraculously, his ears were healed. The ringing vanished. Praise to Jesus!

A couple of months ago at the Farmer’s market, I prayed for Avery’s mum, and an incredible transformation took place. She was set free from fear and anxiety, and a spirit of infirmity left her. It was a moment of total release, and witnessing God’s work in her life was truly amazing.

Without intending to sound boastful or proud, we humbly acknowledge that these remarkable occurrences have become a frequent part of our week, if not most days. We are consistently on the lookout for the ‘one’ – the person who is lost, sad, hurting, and broken, someone in need of experiencing the love of God in action. Our desire is to be vessels through which God’s compassion and healing touch can reach those who need it most.

I, Linda, am currently involved in teaching the Bible to a group of young women who have been rescued from the streets or domestic violence situations. ‘The Dream Center’, an organization with 12 tiny houses for each girl and their child/children, provides a supportive environment. These women are encouraged to attend various classes, including sewing, crafts, Bible study, cooking, finances, and more. I find great fulfillment in witnessing the transformation of these ladies as they embrace godliness and grow into nurturing mothers.

Chris turned 74 last September, and I celebrated my 72nd birthday in January. Our commitment to the life of a healing evangelist remains unwavering, fueled by our profound love for people and an even greater love for God. However, we find ourselves in a season where external support is crucial.

Until last week, I was actively cleaning houses, but a pinched nerve in my neck has compelled me to take a pause. This condition has caused radial pain resembling electric shocks and pins and needles in my hand. In light of this, we are reaching out for assistance.

We are seeking your support through prayer and financial contributions. We kindly ask if you would consider donating £50 per month. If we could gather 10 people willing to contribute at this level, it would significantly aid us in continuing our impactful work.

Your support means the world to us, and we are grateful for any assistance you can provide. Thank you for considering and joining us on this journey of making a positive difference in the lives of others.

We are reaching out to our community with a heartfelt request for support. While it may seem that being in an English-speaking country means we don’t require prayer or financial assistance, the reality is that we are working cross-culturally and still in need of support.

Living in a different culture presents its own set of challenges, even if it may seem easy from an external perspective. Currently, we are using a 13-year-old car that was graciously given to us when we first arrived. However, as it ages, it requires continual maintenance, having seized up on a few occasions, necessitating oil refills.

If you or your church are seeking opportunities to support overseas missionaries, we would be immensely grateful for your assistance. Your prayers and financial contributions would not only help us navigate the cultural challenges but also allow us to upgrade our transportation, ensuring a smoother and safer continuation of our mission.

Thank you for considering our request, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like more information about our work.
